How to delete an app that doesn't shows up with my apps?
I downloaded an outside app and now I can’t delete i,it doesn’t even show up with my apps in storage there’s just the icon on the screen...help

First disable the Screen Time Restrictions, if any.
Settings > Screen Time > Contenet And Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > [Allow]
There are six possibilities
- Delete an offloaded App
- Delete an App from the Home Screen
- Remove an App from the Home Screen - Will be placed in the App Library
- Delete an App from the App Library
- Delete an inbuilt App - Not feasible
- Delete an inbuilt App with one feature - You do not get any options either (e.g. Magnifier)
