MoviesAnywhere title not showing up in Apple movie library

I redeemed a digital copy of Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom using MoviesAnywhere in December of 2018. My MoviesAnywhere account is linked to my iTunes account. The movie is not showing up in my Apple movie library.

Note: After redeeming, I downloaded a copy of the movie. The movie will play through iTunes on my Mac computer, but the title is still not showing up in my Apple movie library on my Apple TV, ipad, or other devices.

We'd recommend taking a look through the tips here to ensure your MoviesAnywhere account is linked to your iTunes account.

Unable to connect to Apple TV/iTunes

Also confirm you're running the latest version of iTunes for your Mac. You can check for updates via the Updates tab in the App Store.

After confirming everything is updated, let us know if the issue persists.
