start Hotspot after BT detection

is it possible to automation enable Hotspot after Bluetooth detection. I mean that, when I came into my car the BT connection is automaticly started. I need started also Hotspot (for eg traffic or other funcion in my multimedia system). In my another phone, with Android, its works as a rules. I do not know how to establish the same in my IPhone
