Setting time when notifications are silent

Before my latest update, I had set a time (9:00 pm - 7:00 am) for all notifications to go silent. After the update, that feature was lost and I cannot figure out how to get it back. Has Apple discontinued the feature? Now I have to remember to set my phone on mute so that I do not hear the bings of notifications at night. Then remember to turn it back on in the morning. So frustrating!
