Turning of ESim

This question is been asked before, but someone has access to my phone whether it was cloned or was an eSIM card, they can get on my apps delete and read, anything they want, on my communications everything to be accessed from a device remotely yes I’m sure. Today I got on screen time to change my pass code and it said please try again in five minutes too many failed attempts is the first time ever been on this app in months. How can I block this from happening, is changing my Apple ID and passcode going to prevent them from access to my phone if they they use an esim?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

You can't use an eSIM to gain access to information on an iPhone. It is no different than a physical SIM. The message you received could be from someone else having physical access to your iPhone and trying to enter the code or, more likely, there is a problem with the digitizer with your display unit. For that issue click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.

As to security it is a good idea to change your Apple ID periodically and use a strong one (or one suggested randomly by Keychain). Do the same for the passcode on your iPhone.

You should also be sure your are running the latest version of iOS (currently 15.5), do not jailbreak or side-load apps on your iPhone, activate 2 factor authorization and keep an eye on who is picking up your iPhone.
