How to resolve this issue without going to Apple? My MacPro is less then 6 months old, and when I turn it on, I get a "!" with the support.apple.com/mac/restore address. Nothing else, and will not let me move from this screen. Only power on and off.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.1
