cant text android devices from Iphone 13
I can't send test messages or call android or non-ios phone numbers

Called AT&T and basically the new iPhones can have a virtual SIM card which mine does, however I also had the physical SIM card in as well, which was causing the issue. AT&T told me to remove the physical SIM card and after I did so the texting worked perfectly. The way they could tell I was virtual was because the iccid number did not match my SIM card number.
