xcode shows iPad as Locked (though it is not) ?

I'm using Xcode Version 13.4.1 (13F100) together with my iPad:

Softwareversion 15.5

Modelnavn iPad Pro (12,9")

Modelnummer ML2M2KN/A

Serienummer DL****MW7

Xcode Devices and Simulators page always shows

To use Elgll Kroghs iPad with Xcode, unlock It.

It seems everything is working all right, BUT why is it showing tjhat message ?
