keep getting "Invalid credentials" when signing in to app using Apple ID on iphone 13 but can sign in on ipad with same ?
this says i phone 7 ?? but its a 13

When signing in on your iPad and iPhone, do you manually type your password or is it autofilled? If you autofill the password, please try to manually enter your password and see what happens.
Then, try to manually sign in to one of these areas: Sign in with your Apple ID
If you need to, change your password: Change your Apple ID password
