Partners IMessages are green.

We both have IPhones and for about a day now his messages are coming in green. Mine on his are blue, we’ve tried almost everything we can to fix this but neither one of us are very tech savvy. Any help, tips or suggestions are all welcome. Thank you.

try this on both phones.

Go to:

Settings, Messages, Turn off iMessage

Settings, Face Time, Turn off Face Time

Restart the phone.

Settings, Messages, Turn on iMessage, SMS, MMS

Settings, Face Time, Turn on Face Time
