MDM locked M1 Macbook Pro 2021 doesn`t allow to enter PIN

You will need to contact Apple for assistance in removing the lock. We had an AASP remove the lock like this for us several times, but you will need the proper proof of ownership and ID for Apple to remove the lock since this is a security feature. Only Apple or an AASP will be able to tell you what is acceptable for proof of ownership and ID.

Are you the administrator who manages the MDM software on the laptop? If not, she should reach out to whomever is responsible for the management of the device software. There's little anyone here can do to help you with this.

I did read it. But this is a feature of the MDM software you purchased to use on your enterprise devices. Apple doesn't control this software. I again recommend you reach out to whoever you purchased this software from.

I'm not sure what you're hoping we can provide? As the administrator, you should know what is required to get into a device you've locked with MDM. If you don't, the next step would be to reach out to the company who you purchased the MDM software from.

Apple support is not magic regardless of what people may think.

Cables go bad all the time, but support generally focuses on the more elaborate electronics and specific usages. It's left to the user to make sure his accessory equipment and its cable are in proper working order.

You needed to use the Apple USB-C charging cable and not a USB-C Thunderbolt/USB3 cable which has the lightning bolt on the connector. Apple makes this very confusing even though it is in their documentation for "Restoring" a USB-C Mac with Apple Configurator 2.

It is very hard supporting people remotely since the tech is unable to notice the subtle behaviors which may provide clues. Sometimes even having the computer in hand is not all that easy either.
