My son phone number is transferred from Boost mobile but phone is not working sim day it’s not supported

You need to contact Boost Mobile and ask them to unlock the phone.

I did but the phone is already unlocked to any carrier

The message “SIM not supported” means that the phone is NOT unlocked to any carrier.

Go to Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock and see if it is still locked.

The message SIM not supported means it's still locked.
