Missing iPad, Mac when owner cannot be located purchased last September for my boyfriend

I am able to locate the miss iPad and Mac. I purchased them last September for my boyfriend in Cape Town South Africa

I was unable to located the boyfriend after car accident. Was wandering where I can find them. I know his user id only
