I bought my additional iCloud storage last week and I still only have five gigs. Why is it not updating my storage

I purchased additional storage last week but I am still getting information that my storage is full

Our page Upgrade to iCloud+ includes directions under the section "Upgrade to iCloud+ from any device" which will allow you to verify your current storage plan that you are subscribed to. If you do not see the plan that you subscribed to listed, it is possible that the subscription process did not complete or that you may have subscribed using a different Apple ID on a different device. If you saw a charge for the new plan on your billing statement, you can use Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple to report a problem with that purchase.
