I have to keep entering in my Apple ID password every single time I unlock my phone. This has only been a recent issue and I'm not sure what the problem is?
Anyone know how to fix this? I've reset my phone and reset my password.

If you'd like to stay logged into your Apple ID, these steps might help.
What is the precise message you see when you are prompted to sign in? Does it have your correct Apple ID email address or does it perhaps have an older or different Apple ID email address?
Can you download a free app from the App Store right after signing in? If you get a "Cannot connect" message, follow the guidance in If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services.

Thanks for the follow-up info. You mentioned resetting your password in the initial message. Was this the Apple ID password? Are you able to sign in to the Apple ID website? From a web browser, go to the Apple ID site:
Once logged in, confirm all of your account details and info are correct. Upon completion, test the issue on your iPhone and let us know the outcome.

Hey Alex,
There’s no error message that pops up. It just get a notification in settings that says “update Apple ID settings - some account services may not be available until you sign in again.”
This comes up every single time my phone is locked and then unlocked. I have no idea why.
Yeah, I looked up some trouble shooting and one website said to change your password.
So, I did. And I’m still having the problem =\
