Im Joe. Recently, i'm having an issue about the ghost touch on my IPX. To date, i watched a youtube channel saying there's a replacement program from Apple for those who are effected with this issue. Could you guys help me a bit?

After selecting your country (on top right edge of the article I posted), I suggest that you contact an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector and ask them.
As you might have read on the article "Your iPhone will be examined prior to any service to verify that it is eligible for this program".
