What is Apple System lock? Apple says even apple cannot unlock it even if you have any proof to submit/you are the admin. Is that right?

Apple has system lock feature, if you enable it for any reason, someone else can lock it for years, and not only you, System admin or even Apple Engineering team can open the lock.

I wonder why Apple using this feature, what is the security to the data saved in the system?

Yes, Apple escalated the issue to their engineering team, and they said even if it is their own office, they cannot do it.

I was communicating Apple support team, supervisor, Engineering team, and store support team.

This is not activation lock, it is System lock! An additional lock activating through Apple MDM.

The same issue I have asked in another session, and you replied something else.

Please understand that the user tried a wrong password multiple times and it locked for years. That means anyone can lock the system with wrong passwords and make the data locked for years. Apple is not able support on this. I wonder what is this lock!!
