Purchased a new iphone and cannot transfer Transit card to new iphone. Message on Smartrip app says that the card is on another device even though Apple retail store deleted from the old phone. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

If it only happens using SmarTrip app, have you tried to contact that app's support team and ask them?

Not helpful. My card says it is associated with an old iphone even though we removed the card from the old iphone.
