Hi. Can anyone please help. I have a Ipad Air. I lent it to a family member a year or so ago and they used their own Apple ID to set it up. I am trying to restore it so my grandson can use it but it wont go past the activation lock screen (with her email address).
Unfortunately I don't have contact with this family member now so I cant ask her to unlock it.
Any advice please?
