Add to Music as a Spoken Track

I'm sure this ain't like a BIG deal but anyone know why come the 'Add to Music as a Spoken Track' isn't fully functional and versatile like it's suppose to like it says in the owner's manual there? I'm making sure I read the instructions and willing to obey them if there is any... thanks in advance for taking my concern seriously
