Try this first - If your Mac battery won’t charge - Apple Support
Try running Apple Diagnostics to see if it finds an issue - Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
Another thing to try - If your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac notebook - Apple Support
If none of that works, you may need to contact Apple Support.
