Payments

I’ve forgot to do payments on my music plan and I think like two other apps and they got canceled, i recently got a new card and it WILL NOT let me add my new card and pay anything or install any other apps. It keeps telling me this there’s nothing wrong with my card I have money on it it’s done this **** to me before I’m actually ****** off. Wtf do I do
