Did you read and follow all the recommendations in About pop-up ads and windows in Safari - Apple Support?

Assuming you did and the pop-up ads and windows continue to persist, please post the three screenshots described in Removing "Search Marquis" / "Search Baron" / etc on your own - Apple Community.
