How do I access my voice message when I don’t know the passcode?

You must contact your carrier; they control voicemail. They are the only ones who can reset your passcode, and usually resetting your passcode requires erasing all of your messages. But you need to ask your carrier if they can reset the passcode without clearing your messages.
