Uh i have an iPad 6th generation and I don’t see anything on the swipe thing

It doesn’t work on your iPad. It does work on an iPad Mini 6th generation.

Use Center Stage on your iPad or Studio Display - Apple Support

Centre Stage is only supported by 2021 models of iPad Pro, the iPad9 and iPad mini6 with iPadOS15 installed. If you do not have one of these models, Centre Stage will not be available.

For iPadOS15, Centre Stage settings are accessed from the Control Centre whilst a supported App is running. Swipe downwards from top-right of the screen:

shut the device down and do a cold startup, not a restart.
