Contacts app ios 15.5 blank screen

I just wanted to chime in and state that I have had the blank screen contacts app issue for some time now. I find that if I go through my open apps and close any instances of the contacts app that all works just fine. Seems like a bug but nothing I can't live with.

Contacts iPhone 7 when I push the contacts app on iPhone 7, it almost opens and closes immediately. Still I find them back on icloud and the is synchronized.
