IWork apps for windows.

As there aren't native Windows versions of the iWork apps available, you would need to use a web browser for it. The bottom of this page will help to note the requirements: iWork - Apple

Native apps are available on iOS and macOS, and the page helps to note "iWork for iCloud works with a Mac or PC using Safari 9.1.3 or later, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge."

You can use Word or LibreOffice. They cannot produce .pages format, but Pages can read the .doc format which they can produce.
