How do I delete an unknown user in my Mac?
Over the past day a new user popped up on my login page, its called macports,.
I went to the terminal and it showed up as a user. how do delete it?

MacPorts is a package manager used to install software on the unix level of the system.
You would have installed it. It doesn't get there by itself.
Did someone else have control of your Mac?
are you familiar with MAC PORTS? What is its purpose?
No,one had access. I do rember doing it however I didn’t know it would set up a login on the login screen

It does create a user account, but I don't remember if it is supposed to be hidden or not.
