help with focus on iphone

hi. looking for help with focus on iPhone.

under settings, focus, do not disturb, turn on automatically, Messages Apple is listed twice (my error)

tried auto button off, tried delete automatically tried both nothing is working. Any suggestions? Appreciate your help
