iPad locked don’t have if or password
I bought an iPad from someone and only to find out it is locked and I can’t open it. How can I put my Apple ID on id to open it?

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
