Playrix Homescapes glitching, cheating me out of money and bonuses
I took a screenshot of this game’s glitch and how it cheated me out of coins (which often cost money, I’ve spent a lot of dough on this game). Sent the screenshot and explanation to a support agent, waited a day for a response, and they clearly have no idea how the game is played since they gave me an answer that makes no sense. I was on level 7214, you had to open all the suitcases to release hats you have to “collect”. All of the 12 hats had disappeared from the board. There were no suitcases to open. It insisted there was one left to collect. Took a screenshot, highlighted the glitch. The support agent is blowing me off, saying I had four more moves (!). IT DOESN’T MATTER. The reason I had 4 more moves was because I bought extra turns and exploded everything I could, trying to work through the glitch but knowing no hats could materialize, that’s not how the game is played. How do I get a refund, how do I alert Apple they’re cheating?
