You need at least one active payment method. You will need to add a different one first before you can remove the one you want to.

I'm a new Apple user and I'm not yet familiar with "Truemove". If it was just an "autocorrection" typographical error, I'm inclined to consider the context as "asking how to update the payment method in Apple".
