My Payment method keeps getting declined

Hello,


I've recently replaced my credit card. Now when I try to put in the new card in my AppleID it keeps saying: “Your payment method was declined. Please enter a valid payment method information.” Can someone please help me with this, it's very frustrating since I'm a thousand percent sure I'm not making a typo.
