I’d accidentally deleted my apps. Now I want to download it back but it say verification required. After i put the password, it say that my payment is not enough/invalid. It say that I can’t use my number phone. How do i renew the number and may I know how much I need to pay. And how to download apps that I accidentally deleted.

Are you. trying to use your Apple ID to download the app?
Try signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restart, and then sign back in. Check the updates to see if the apps requiring an update are in your Purchases History. If they aren't in your Purchases History, you can delete the app, and download it using your current Apple ID if desired. You may have to restart before you can download the app again. If the apps are in your Purchases History, contact iTunes Support.
