I was charged $16 for hay day purchases I did not receive and when I contacted hay day they told me to contact you for a refund

I was charged for hay day purchases that I never received and need a refund please!

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
