Hi the new plug is called USB Type C or just USB C. And starting with the iPhone 12 the newer iPhones don't ship with the wall adaptor. You can buy different types of adaptors but just make sure they don't give your phone more than 20 W(Watts).
Use your old cable and charger.
The iphone doesn't have a usb connector of any type.
It has a lightning port.
