Unable to make outgoing calls

There are times during the day when I cannot access the network to make an outgoing call. The only way to make the call is to turn my phone off and then back on. I have checked the settings on my phone and they are fine. Could there be an outside cause for this issue?

Rad again -> Related Article -> If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

See -> If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

Contact your carrier.

If you still can't make or receive calls, contact Apple Support, then follow the steps to complete your request.
