Microphone on Beats Flex not working after resetting.
The microphone on my Beats Flex earbuds is not working, even after resetting. Any suggestions.

Is the issue occurring in a specific app? If so complete the steps quoted below and found in the article here If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working to make sure your privacy settings are correct.
"If the microphone doesn't work in a specific app
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
- Make sure that the app is enabled.
- If the app has permission to access your microphone, or if it isn't listed, contact the app developer."
Also, you can test gently cleaning off the microphone screen on your Beats Flex. If the issue occurs with with multiple apps, and as you've already completed a restart test the connection with another device. If the issue continues service may be needed. Reach out to Apple Support directly to go over your options.
