iPhone 13 lost and now locked

Hi! My iPhone 13 was lost, so i put it in lost mode. I have since gotten it back and tried to turn off lost mode. The person must have tried guessing my code too many times because it's completely locked with the only option to erase the iPhone :( It also wont connect to the wifi or internet, so nothing seems to be working. What do I do? How can i use my iPhone again?
