I have Apple.com charges on my card but they don't show on my Apple.com history

I have multiple charges to my card on file in the amount of $18.00 with Apple.com in the memo. They occur twice a month. They don't show in my history here on Apple.com.

I have a charge from apple.com that I do not recognize but it’s not showing up in my purchase history. How do I figure this out of what was the charge for? It’s not my regular charges that I get monthly. I have a charge on my debit card from Apple but it is not showing up in my history purchase and I’m not sure what it is for. It’s not my usual monthly withdraws. How can I find out why my card was charged?
