unlocking a iphone Xs max
My grandma got a new phone and she forgot her passcode to the phone and she doesnt know her apple ID is there anyway i can get into this phone without the apple ID and passcode??

While you would be able to attempt to restore the device to factory, which is what you would need to use to get passed the forgotten passcode, but you will also need the Apple ID and password used to activate the phone to be able to get past Activation Lock. If she forgot the Apple ID, she is the only one that would be able to request help from Apple. See the instructions here, How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
