Connect Canon 5D MKIV to M1 iMac

Hi! Is anyone else still having difficulty connecting the Canon 5D MIV to an M1 computer?

I have followed advice found online and updated my Canon to the latest firmware. I have also updated the EOS Utility software on my iMac.

The iMac can read the camera in Final Cut, but I can't get EOS Utility to work. I use EOS Utility so I can see what I am filming.

As a side note, I also own 2 Canon R cameras and these work with the iMac and EOS Utility, no issues.
