My iPhone is have I problem with the SIM card even there is SIM card inside is still showing no service

There may be a SIM physically installed, but it’s clearly not functional.
Suggest you remove the SIM, ensure that it’s contacts are clean, and re-insert.
Beyond that, you’ll need to contact your carrier.
