Go to Settings-> Screen Time.
Turn on Screen Time.
When prompted, click on OK.
Tap “This is My Child's iPhone”.
Tap Downtime and set downtime to start at 12:00 am and end at 11:59 pm.
Select “Block at Downtime” and block Snapchat.
Go back and select “Always Allowed”.
Turn on all apps except “Snapchat”.

If you already set up Screen Time, skip steps 2-4.
