hi, i’m trying to open the first options in settings it’s the one with your name and then Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases smaller underneath. it’s shaded and darker tone then the rest of things in settings. how do i open it?
Check settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions>account changes and see if this setting is set to don't allow changes . If this is the case, reset this setting to allow changes
