"Restrictions Enabled" is preventing Facetime from working on my iPhone 13 (iOS 15.5). How do I find what 'restrictions' are preventing Facetime from working, please?

The main restriction disabling FaceTime would be under Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps. Make sure FaceTime is turned on.
