Music under an old Apple ID
How can I move music from an old Apple ID to my current Apple ID? The prior one was turned off because of a hack of my account.

You can't transfer purchases from one account to another account. Since your old account was hacked and turned off, you can't set up Family Sharing. You can try contacting iTunes Support for assistance. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.
