Based on that screenshot, you're trying to create a new Apple ID on the phone, not sign in.

There is nothing to be fixed. If you need to create a new Apple ID, you will need to do it from a computer.

I don't know where on the phone that screen is. The article I linked to above tells you how to sign in.

However, it appears that you're already signed in.
