Does it only happen with that app, or don't you have Internet access for any app?

Should be the former, please contact DraftKings developer team and ask them. Use these instructions:--> How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Should be the latter, does it happens only at home, or connecting to different wifi networks too? What error message are you getting?
