Why was I billed 32.99 from "purchase apple.com/bill"?

I have seen this question on this post but am unable to see the responses. I have checked my purchase history but it is not showing up. I have also checked with family members and no one remembers making purchases. Now this charge just popped up today so it may not have had enough time to actually show up in my history but if someone who has had this charge pop up on their account could just let me know what it is, I would feel better.
